Here's how Govinda's colorful lifestyle forces Mishika Chourasia to fight for her rights
Rangeela Raja that features Govinda in double roles and debutantes Mishika Chourasia And Anupama Agnihotri in the lead roles, tells the story of strong-headed girl Mishika Chourasia as Natasha who wants to explore her career and there she meets Govinda Raja Vijendra Pratap Singh, a very big business tycoon who leads a very colourful life. After meeting Mishika Chourasia as Natasha, Govinda as Raja Vijendra Pratap Singh's life turns around along with his family.The younger brother who leads the life of a Yogi, Govinda as Ajay Pratap Singh decides to bring his elder brother back on track. The film is directed by Sikander Bharti, music by Ishwar Kumar and lyrics by Mehboob produced by Pahlaj Nihalani under the banner of Chiragdeep international.
The movie has been embroiled in several controversies from the onset. Their battle with Censors continues and they await for a decision from the Tribunal now. For those who've come in late, the Bombay High Court had directed Pahlaj to go to the Revising Committee or Tribunal, when he had knocked the doors of the judiciary. Govinda has been vociferous that this delay smacks of 'someone trying to sabotage his career'. Pahlaj, on the other hand, has lashed out at the Censor Chairman Prasoon Joshi left, right and centre in putting his objections across.
